A warming soup made with sweet potatoes (ubi jalar), fresh ginger, and coconut milk. The smooth,

Pan-Roasted Duck Breast with Tamarind Reduction
Locally sourced duck breast cooked to perfection, drizzled with a tangy tamarind reduction, and
served with roasted root vegetables and sesame-studded quinoa.
