As part of the festivities for the Ubud Hospitality Association (UHA) Anniversary, Amora Ubud Boutique Villas proudly participated in two highly anticipated events held on 29 November 2024 at Bale Udang Mang Engking Ubud:

The 8th Ubud Chef Competition (UCC)
The 6th Ubud Latte Art Competition (ULAC)

In the Ubud Chef Competition, our talented chef represented Amora Ubud with a creative take on the competition’s theme, Sate Perangkat. Using locally sourced ingredients such as duck, moringa leaves, and cinnamon leaves, the dishes reflected authentic Balinese flavors while embracing modern culinary techniques.

In the Ubud Latte Art Competition, our barista impressed the judges with precision and creativity in patterns like Heart, Rosetta, and Swan, showcasing the artistry that defines our coffee offerings at Birdhill Restaurant.

Although Amora Ubud did not secure a win this year, we take great pride in contributing to the vibrant celebration of UHA’s anniversary. Both competitions highlighted the camaraderie and excellence within Ubud’s hospitality community.
